First ever Fjern purchase and after reading reviews decided to purchase.
Great price, arrived in 2 days.
Worn twice in -5 conditions and have to say how warm it is. The fit (large) is perfect (I’m 6ft athletic build)
Not usually one for leaving feedback but feel like others need to know the quality.
Will definitely buy again.
Great work guys
I purchased this item just shy of 12 months ago and have just started wearing it. At the time I also purchased the Arktis lI jacket in black. This I wore straight away and have been really impressed with the quality but more so the stated warmth this jacket generates . This brings me onto the Aktiv down gillet which I have been really unimpressed with the warmth this generates or lack of? This item replaced a Berghaus with a FP rating of 650 as opposed to this item being 700 but I have been left really disappointed with how this doesn't keep me anywhere near as warm as the older item? As the jacket is so warm could this be a faulty item or not as stated. I really like your clothing brand I get compliments and comments all the time. I have sent an email to the support centre but have had no reply whatsoever?
Look forward to hearing from you.
This is the second one I’ve bought and I’m still impressed with the fit (I’m broad shouldered) and the thermal qualities it has. Recommend.
I pitched this in my local park, to have a closer look at it, and am impressed by what I see. Definitely a well made, well designed and using high end materials. It feels spacious, especially with the well vented inner and the cross pole that gives it width at the top. I can tell that it is a strong little tent and should be able to withstand decently strong winds. I look forward to taking it out on an adventure.
I made a video of my first impressions:
I've just received these trousers. I'm really happy with the fit, style and waterproofing. They look great and I'm looking forward to putting them to good use, climbing mountains and skiing on brighter days. But, when I put them on and opened the side vents, i saw my upper legs shining it in all the whiteness. This to me looks very weird, especially that high up on my outer thigh. I was expecting some mesh inside to conceal my legs. So, as I want sure if this was an manufacturing fault, I watched the video above. However, the guy demonstrating them obscures this with his hand when opening the zip. Maybe deliberately?
Warm fleece, stylish with rust coloured zip
Great jacket.warm snug fit. 6ft tall. 84kg. Fits Great.
Great looking jacket, Event does its job well. Got a few interesting looks from people, mostly in admiration (I hope!) as it did stand out amongst the boring dark colours most were wearing.
Already have the active jacket which I love. Wanted something a bit warmer for winter, but very disapointed there is no chest zip pocket like the Active. Not keeping
Great for cycling. Very insulating. I'm usually a medium but needed a large for a comfortable fit
Got this jacket two weeks ago and was the first time out on Sunday in the Lake District doing Coledale horseshoe great coat fitting was great on body but arms just a bit to long but ok as it kept the hands loads of pockets and great colour.
Thank you for that great quality!
Just got one of these and wore it out in a big downpour. Obviously it's waterproof but the longer sleeves and really effective large hood make such a difference to actually staying dry and this jacket does a great job. I'm normally a 10/12. Bought this in a 12 to allow room for layers and it's just right. It feels robust for a mid weight waterproof and I like the finish/colours. I bought this primarily for walking but can see it would work as a ski jacket. Very happy!
Thank you for that quality
Thank you so much for quality and keeping us warm!
