The deep venting chest zip provides further temperature control when you need to dump heat at the top of a tough climb or gruelling ski descent.

Sizing not correct.

I have ordered this article twice before in a medium size with a perfect fit. Although this item was labelled as medium it was far too small. I have emailed your company and supplied pictures of the labelling on the packaging and clothing asking for a returns label, but your customer service dept isn't able to read the barcode. I have ordered a number of articles in a medium size which all fit. Surely if you need to look up the barcodes and measure the item, it should be a simple matter to send me a free returns label.
