I bought two items. 1 Down jacket and 1 fleece. The jacket is a prefect fit. However, the fleece its too small to the point i cant use it. I ordered a size L and the fit is too tight in the chest and i´ve never be an XL in my life with any type of clothing. So clearly the size and measures given in the web are wrong. And now i cant use the item..

Sizing not correct.

I have ordered this article twice before in a medium size with a perfect fit. Although this item was labelled as medium it was far too small. I have emailed your company and supplied pictures of the labelling on the packaging and clothing asking for a returns label, but your customer service dept isn't able to read the barcode. I have ordered a number of articles in a medium size which all fit. Surely if you need to look up the barcodes and measure the item, it should be a simple matter to send me a free returns label.
